The Lean UX and User-Centered Design methodologies and user research best practices, like continuous discovery and behavioral economic studies, bridged the B2B and D2C experiences and formalized further D2C innovation.

An EdTech startup acquired by Infobase, I led Product and Design through the acquisition during the pandemic and was responsible for strategy, integration, and execution of experiences across the blended organizations and products. Prior to the acquisition, I was the founding product and design hire and focused on evolving the enterprise product experience into a robust data and platform management tool, which resulted in reduced resolution time by 90%, increased user base by 900% YoY, and increased MAU by 149%.
Spruce
A PropTech (real estate) startup acquired by Zillow, I was the founding designer at initial Series A stage and helped the founders pivot from D2C product to a B2B enterprise platform. I was responsible for the product strategy and experiences, including design direction and execution, of Spruce’s proprietary national title and escrow software that helped close a partnership with Zillow (and other PropTech and lending companies) and raise Series C with $100M in funding within three years.
